When will my order arrive?
We know how excited you are to receive your special package, and are doing everything we can to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible. You will receive an email from us letting you know when your order has been shipped (please allow 3 days for processing).
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
The item(s)/sizes I am interested in are sold out, do you restock?
First off, we love that you love our pieces! Re-stocks are not promised, but be sure to sign up for emails to be the first to know when restocks happen.
I haven't received my order but my tracking says it was delivered!
We packaged your items with love, and placed it in the hands of the postal service. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after they leave our possession. Please file a claim with USPS if your package has not arrived within 3 days of the stated delivery date. We are unable to file any claim on your behalf.
Can I cancel my order?
After an order has been placed, there is a 2 hour window before cancellations are no longer permitted. Updates are not able to be made once an order is placed. Please email us at info@jaiceandco.com for further assistance - be sure to note CANCELLATION REQUEST in the subject line.
Is there a return policy?
Currently, we only offer store credit for returns. All returns must be approved and are subject to denial at the owners discretion. Items requesting to be returned must be completely unworn, unwashed, unstained and undamaged.
